What does Extract 10:1- 100:1 mean?
10:1 means that for 1 kg of the extracted substance, 10 kg of raw material are needed. For 1 kg of a 100:1 extract, 100 kg of raw material are used. Therefore, 100:1 is ten times more concentrated.
so a 100:1 ratio of a product that has say 500mg means its a lot more concentrated, which is good, than a 10:1 of the same product that has 500mg .
What is the difference between powder and extract powder?
